    I believe half (tranche 1) can be issued immediately. Tranche 2 and the options after shareholder approval. SP Very likely to go down to 13 or below (because the options also have a value that can be considered when working hour how much the shares were valued at for the CR) absent any fantastic announcements. Tough times for small caps and sentiment seems to be risk off is not helping.
