it was significantly delayed waiting on paperwork. they had a lot of people on the clock sitting around doing nothing. couldn't have helped...

right. if the gas column is economic, i think we're off to the races - it seems a good bet it would be enough to bootstrap the company. if not, they still seem to think what they have is economic, but seems like much higher financing risk, (perceived) technical risk etc.
