    As a new holder (at 17.5c) this I agreed is quite frustrating. Positive side is plenty of cash now so should be no fear of a raise for some time and can really run on news.

    I might double down if trades below issue price.

    At least they didn't raise with a bunch of options to the instos, that happens a lot at this small cap end of town.
