Reducing their CPRS liabilities, these guys a full of crap. To be legally required to undertake reporting under the CPRS, a company has to consume more than 0.5 TJ of energy per year, not their piddly few hundred megawatta OR emit more than 25KT of CO2 emissions per year. They don't have any liabilities under the CPRS.
