If you want to invest in the low value rare earth mineral concentrate market to China with all its inherent market and waste management risks, then PM8, not ARU, would be on your radar. Simply line up alongside ILU, GGG, RBW and MP Materials, amongst others feeding Made in China 2025's voracious appetite.
