That will be the FEED process, that takes a about a year, with the associated $70-80M bill. They require some of this to be paid from the R&D grant that they have applied. They won’t want to ask us for money that they can get from the government.

Im suggesting the restructured (front end) FEED, it’s probably a CP which is also stalling.

So to add to your thought it may be better to ask if the in-depth engineering and subsequent ability to provide a better cost certainty was a condition or possible CP.

If that’s the case what government agency or a member of the possible debt syndicate made this suggestion. Ie it is a good idea, but having this complete now, is not typically essential unless we have a risk adverse funder. if that’s the case, it must be a large chunk of the funding as we are doing exactly as they ask.
