Yes, but 38 yrs is CURRENT mine life.
Remember, the resource is "open at depth", so who knows, that could be another metre or another kilometre.
At any rate, let's say 40 years. That's a very very very long time to recoup even a substantial capex.
Now if someone would just crack the thorium reactor puzzle properly we'll have another highly saleable product rather than a problem by-product.
Imagine if we could sell RE, phosphate AND thorium...!!!!!!
