The overview shows Arafura to have an excellent project well planned and high return given 19% ungeared over 32 years is a phenomenal IRR to maintain over that period. However, it must not be forgotten that it is a combination of a mien and a hydromet refinery. The complexity of the project is also shown in the document just released. I'm up for the challenge but know that it's much ore difficult than a 'simple' mine and flotation concentrator. Having said that the need for the products and uniqueness of the feed underlie the the necessity of project (with it's appropriate gestation period). Thank God it's in Australia. Even the fact it's in remote but mining friendly NT helps a lot.
