My prediction is that ARU will be taken over before production begins for a figure that gives shareholders a handy profit but they will miss out on the really big future returns. Short term investors and fund managers who act “in the interest of their investors” will swing the approval. The chances are that the government at the time will be weak or corrupt or both and allow a foreign company to buy ARU.
Call me a pessimist but I think I am more a realist.
