I think the results are good - no question about that. However I think that $3m of their profits were from a windfall - the sale of rental assets. You should deduct that from your expectations of where NOD is at re maintainable earnings.

I also imagine it might have been tempting to throw some other expenses into the now closed division. A bit of healthy scepticism is in order IMO.
