New contracts won, finance waiting for final stamp, a strangle hold on the mining sector construction areas and a give away share price.
Selling is because banks havent inked the agreement, buying to maximise profit is done when slight uncertainty puts your sophisticated funds manager off. Small investors are being offered a chance here, as the fund managers will jump back on when the ink is dry, pushing the price up very quickly. The banking confirmation will come over the next few weeks.

Do some research, it may have a big payoff. IMO.
