This is going to be huge . Who would have thought a fault between two pilot wells could tank the stock back to 5c and a measly 60mil market cap. All those Gumby's who levered up houses on low interest rates and filled them with interest free Harvey Norman furniture are the types who can't see the wood for the trees. As is the case here. When they are forced to sell GFC style, EXR just might be in the middle of a bidding war buy out whereby we will be able to cycle back into property lows.
