yes just takes time but belief is required, together with support to those who have driven the road and those who continue to take the time to genuinely satisfy the facts and understand the real story.
unfortunately many of us are short term reward takers rather than those who really appreciate what is necessary and frame their plans accordingly for the real rewards.
what must be understood in this wonderful place we live is nothing comes easy, except that with effort we can create that opportunity.
sometimes that reward puts up its head and you decide to take it early. Well that's good for you and I salute you.
otherwise we continue our support and planning if applicable.
Remember that there are many who don't have access or skill to that that some of us have!
make sure you appreciate all that is offered.
For me EXR provides real opportunity and my plan is to live a bit longer to embrace and enjoy the rewards.
however be sensible and spread the risk
