I understand the nature of an internet forum - however some of the motives and posts on here have to make you laugh.

imagine we all purchased a unit off the plan. developer builds apartments and we move in. overtime some chose to move out as the facilities of the complex or finishes of the unit don't match what they had expected so they sell - which is completely within their right to do. would you find it weird or unusual for them then to turn up out the front and tell all the other apartment owners they are stupid and should sell and blow up about the developer?

maybe I've missed the mark with the analogy - but surely you've gotta have better things to do with your time.
