It’s a bit concerning that they are going against glen core and decided to do so publicly. I can only trust JD and the board have the greater interest at heart and more importantly a game plan!
I also wonder if this is a matter of nystar and the Chinese trying to pry glen core out. They obviously have a hand in this decision.
Whatever the motives of this move, we are not sure but this will be going against glen core war chest. Last thing we want is to be mired in a protracted legal action. The counter claims and etc.
