    Rarely have I seen this from a take over offer:

    "The MDP Proposal includes a rollover election for APM shareholders to receive all or part of theconsideration in unlisted shares in the acquisition entity (Scrip Alternative)."

    Why the hell would one agree to convert their listed shares to unlisted shares!!!!

    Once unlisted, there will be no market to exit!!!
