But a clean cash offer is good on basic principles. ie the money into your bank. YOUR DECISION: is whether you are happy with a clean offer of $1.40 cash. And by the way I have no idea whether the above is in play, a poster said it, I based it upon the poster. I don't have time to analyse this too much, since there is not much benefit to me. I only hold 100 shares, and so don't really care. My 100 shares is for capital raise, if this doesn't play out, I will just dump. Lol see how transparent I am
