if this is true, and once cash purely cash out with CASH at $1.40 for small shareholders, then obviously this changes the equation.
Disclosure: I am not reading all the latest announcements. There is no need on my behalf. But if one can genuinely cash out clean, with money in the bank at $1.40, then that has to be a decision for the relevant holders. But a clean cash offer is good on basic principles. ie the money into your bank.
YOUR DECISION: is whether you are happy with a clean offer of $1.40 cash.
And by the way I have no idea whether the above is in play, a poster said it, I based it upon the poster.
I don't have time to analyse this too much, since there is not much benefit to me. I only hold 100 shares, and so don't really care.
My 100 shares is for capital raise, if this doesn't play out, I will just dump.
