Wouldn't that be nice. You'd think MDP who want it all at $1.40 would be snapping up what they can now, why wouldn't they if they were wanting the rest at some point in the future anyway. Won't be surprised if they've been accumulating what they can get away with without moving the SP too much. In the absence of anything definitive it's all blind speculation.
