If the offer at $1.4 isn't going ahead and people know about it then a trading halt is what should happen.

asx need to crack down on this - it happened with strike energy when their last well hit water instead of gas and those insider traders with prior knowledge got out before the official news.

this also could be shorters or just a nervous day for stockholders so not pre judging anything.

happy to buy in a bit more if it drops further and wait until the next suitor starts sniffing around.
