Of particular interest is the quote from Catcha Group founder and ICQ founder Patrick Groves when referring to the Autohome deal and relations between Australia and China: “That deal was one of the casualties of the cold war between the two countries”
In any case, surprised to see the price sitting this far away from the takeover offer. When Autohome first approached it opened at these levels before drifting, and that was a much more 'loose' proposal as opposed to this with the initial stake being acquired from Catcha.
