Interesting that news appears to have been well received by DDH1 also.Would have liked to see a higher offer price for SWK in early 40s myself as purchase seems cheap. However, if DDH1 can take a knife to Swick and extract maximum benefit from the good parts of the business then we should get this upside through the overall group.
