All depends on what you believe. If you think WES is of the mind to take it over no matter the cost then it goes up, possibly allot. If you think they are near their max and will withdraw then it goes back to what the EPS will support. If you think The license will be tied up and Lynas shuts down then down allot because WES will with draw and earnings will collapse. You should really try to make your question not so open. It needs limits. I could go on for pages with possible answers as you phrase it.
