Stweeve, because if it was $2.20 which was more reasonable given the market then the offer would have to be higher than $2.70.
Im furious, I put alot of hard work into the shares only to be ripped off yet again by indsider trading. I have no problem going on record that I believe this was insider trading untill proven otherwise. A bot can push down a SP to any level without losing too many net shares at the end of the day by buying back the shares lower.
