From memory, ever since they pulled the Diamond core from Grants and sent that 3-4 months ago to Nagrom labs for MET analysis they have been talking DSO and If recall correctly in one of their very early Anns they mentioned management was looking for potential offtake partners. So many hints here since Day1 - these guys been in mining game for 20-30 years - they know simple metallurgy when they see it - they know they can dig it out of the ground and they know they can sell it - IMO - GLTAH!!
