My final point would be... if this offer is formalised, our management has some serious questions to answer as to why they were still recommending the inferior offer, or at least not being more neutral and recommending people HOLD whilst negotiations can be formalised... and what have they been doing since being approached informally by Gold Valley to get us a better deal, or facilitate this one, as this obviously occurred sometime ago hence the 'standstill arrangements' that were put in place.
I guess we add that to the list of questions regarding the insider trading that occurred on the 24th Feb.
