Gold Valley are very much dangling that carrot on a stick for us donkeys dragging the cart. Part of the condition of us getting their carrot is snubbing the one that FEX has had dangling for us for some time.. they're even offering a sugar dipped carrot if we snub FEX promptly.. that's my simplification of this legalistic loophole ridden jargon designed to convolute and disseminate the particulars to the point where if one piston misfires, the lawyers would be the only ones to benefit from dispute..
overall this is pressure cooker tactics most likely orchestrated by MC to get FEX to up the offer. He is likely playing FEX against GV hence his delayed acceptance of the offer. If FEX needs 50% to push it through, they'll never get it if MC does not accept.. so we are in good hands id like to think with MC.. he is securing the better deal.
As I've said before this is a wool pool over the eyes, and its being played on all, MC is the man with the cards. Even if FEX ups their offer to 1.5 FEX shares for 1 CZR share it means nothing, its worthless, FEX shares will tank to reflect that since they will likely be issuing close to 50% extra to current SOI. They will have to do a CAP raise and pay cash for CZR for CZR holders to realize current value. Having said this I don't think that the FEX deal is any better than the GV deal, or vice versa, but it is VERY good that we have two concurrent bidders for CZR.
This whole thing is so unnecessarily complicated that its comical.
