I never said CZR rejected their bid anywhere in my post... but we have no idea what the standstill arrangements are. They can be used to prevent the accumulation of shares or an on-market take-over offer being launched. If this is the case, then the standstill arrangement binding Gold Valley should be released and allow them to make their on-market offer if the standstill arrangement is preventing them from doing so.
