i don't get it.
how can czr say its not an offer, and still announce an offer.
what happens to the fenix timeline now? seems a push to get accept, of fenix without delay. (a scammer tactic ie do this before you miss out, its not nice as all now seeming like a trumpism bluff into doing what trump wants)
