it reminds me of an offer fro meu, that was well overanother offer tyx but tyx has accepted the lower and discounted meus. (a illegal batter of sort occur with the authorities and regulators). there seemed to be a conflict of interests as director sat on both boards, tyx and oppose offer to meu of course as i understnad it, but as i don't understand, nor know what to do re this situation, i could easily be astray with one day to accpet fenix ? no extension. would it not be better of czr to seek fenix to extend, to get more clarity from gold. is the swiss backer- have chinese interest? is that the catch?
