All holders should accept the FEX offer. It can't go through unless MC commits his 53% stake.
MC will have a stronger negotiation position with RIO and Gold Valley when they know that he can make the deal with FEX to reach 75% holding by transferring his shares by the 8th of April. We would all be more likely to get a better deal if MC has this card in his deck.
