If Rio wins i expect a share buy back which should put a floor under SP for maybe 30% of the payment and the rest allocated to extensive exploration at both croydon (gold) and the vanadium location.
CZR as part of the Miracle offer sent out a proposed plan for exploration covering the $102m (circa feb 24) detailing their exploration plans. I dont think anything has changed in this space.
At the time they did not explain what they would do with the unspent portion but i do think a buy back is better than a spevial div as it would be unfranked
