Not sure about this, SYM 2023 profit was essentially nothing. Might be some significant synergies on the operating front. However the concern is how will this be funded, debt is expensive at the moment making a higher rate of return needed to make the deal stack up, alternatively a diluting CR for a company that, based on 2023 financials, will not be EPS accretive to ABB share holders.
