I'm scratching my head why they're making this move....
TaaS has some strategic value with Telcoinabox where there might be synergy with their wholesale offering and reduced backhaul cost presumably
UCaaS has minor strategic value due to being able to cross-sell into enterprise??
CPaaS doesn't really make sense for ABB to have??
I just don't get it. ok EV/ underlying EBITDA (~8x) wise might not be too bad, but how real is that "underlying"??
Also, Symbio hasn't been growing for a WHILE. It's not like this is some hot growth stock...ok i get that it's pretty much a bigger badder Over The Wire.
