Good context sbuck.......It would be great if the NCM team can get this offer a little higher (eg 0.40 - 0.42) .....but having said that, I won't be disappointed if the outcome is that in the future I own NEM with an Aust listing. NCM 52 week high is near $29, well short of the $46 rightly implied in your numbers. I think in the event of new ATH's in Gold price (hopefully later this year) NEM will be a good place to be as investors weight of money flows into Goldies. GLTA
