Am I blind or is this a straight 10+% profit to the current price? Board seems to have suggested they are in favour.
so buy now in low 9s and get $10.35 when merger goes ahead.. or am I missing something?
Motley Fool had a strong buy on this early Septmeber, kicking myself for not buying
