and the nature of SIQ high free cash flow it is very attractive to PE with their clever accounting play
load it up with debt, return capital to PE, by the time they float it back to the market SIQ would be debt ridden, they have all their capital back
and all the money sell back to the market is risk free return.
need a rival bid else TPG can easily expect to double their money with this play within 3 years
and the nature of SIQ high free cash flow it is very attractive...
