There is overlap between Healius and Vision Eye institute in day surgeries and synergies.
I suspect after Healius. Jangho will go after MVF next as IVF uses a bit of diagnostics such as ultrasounds and other genetics tests.
I think Jangho has a clear strategy in healthcare sector in Australia. Not to mention it provides a way to consolidate healthcare in China.
Imagine your a chinese doctor who will be given an opportunity to migrate to australia after years of loyal service in China.
