Thoughts:
If the BBI is 'bye bye' Todd, as referred above, (joke), the FMS Board would lose the backing of Todd and the FMS Board would finally be voted OUT and dare I say exposed to scruitiny?
What is taking so long for the Independents to form a prima facie impression? It is safe to assume the Independents are not o/s on holiday but Australian-bound. Do we assume we wait for their return from holiday before they come to some impression - after all it is Non-binding - so loosen up and inform the minority shareholders - I would like to be kept in some sort of loop as to how this Proposal stands. It is almost 4 weeks of nothingness. Meanwhile our shares are dormant.
