It's an actual issue where to park your cash sometimes. Property is ok but has it's own issues and I'm nervous about many aspects of it, despite being debt free.
There's only so many defensive shares on the ASX and the more the better so you can balance between them to reduce risk.
Cash and bonds, an absolute joke. Inflation, can't keep more than 250k in the bank insured ect I'm sure i'm preaching to the choir here. Sure aussie banks are somewhat well capitalized relative to the rest of the world but that's not really a high benchmark for safety.
I used to hold and park cash here and would like to re-enter at some point. Good luck everyone
