    If you don't pay better than fair price for my house you won't be buying it.
    and I would think the offer as it is....isn't far from a fair price...
    I would expect that the offer as it is will be rejected...
    Perhaps a better offer will come..
    I don't see that being a huge gain for PDL holders
    as the higher the offer the more PPT share price will drop..
