dudes...obviously u make $$ on entry, but the t/o doesnt make our world stop.
i own both, happy for ppt to subsume pdl into its fold, clean out the deadwood and rem, we are receiving majority script, so if you're hoping for more than the implied $6ish, i believe you'll easily get it with the combined group.
PPT SP will back up over $50 over time will give every1 what theyre after....my entry for both is way below mkt so happy either way, but stop and consider the powerhouse if both combine and our FUM to their enlarged FUM/FUA and it will become a powerhouse.
With PPT mere ~100M shares on issue post t/o, little to no debt, multiple and diverse income streams, greater reach for clients, combining a wealth of global talent - lets face it, both run very very well and proven the test of time. Sharp mngt who know how to evolve and pick the right spots....the result will be divis continuing to grow - ppt already pays me over $2 a year FF, yes the franking will drop, but they should grow enough to counteract the franking drop as US and UK ops takeover the stagnant AUS businesses that may also revive and steal FUM from competitors as the offer greater leverage....
happy either way
smile, it doesnt end with the t/o, only gets better :0
