Interesting that Perpetual is interested in PDL, but…… IMHO a long way under fair value. This is over my buy price, but not by anywhere near a reasonable margin! Consensus valuations are a fair way above their offer price, considering it’s a mixture of cash and script. Hopefully another bidder comes to the party.
