Joined, alot of duplicate roles will be removed.
ie. you don't need two HR department for one company,
you dont need two Accounts department.
you dont need two seperate buildings ....etc
so i think you are very conservative in your estimate.
i would attain $ 128m in operation savings (more for the coffers) instead of $50m Synergy benefits.
