All PTM staff should go in this deal. The executive and analysts are clearly underperforming and overpaid. They should receive bonuses commensurate with performance, that is, nothing, or negative. This would be the best outcome for the shareholders, which should be the objective. Liquidating positions will not be optimal, but they need to accept that their current investment strategy no longer works, or it was just lucky that it worked for a short period of time.
