Any thoughts on going ahead with shares in Yumbah rather than cash? They are an interesting company. The problem would be if you wanted to sell your shares later. I stayed once before with a company that also went unlisted public, and later received a nice sum when they sold off part of the business.
I am sitting on a substantial loss as I would think others could be as well.
