Its a safe way to play it IF you really think that over a longer term MFD isn't worth the $1.39 being available now. But l I believe its a good long term hold, because of the fact that the business has only just begun to show its financial strength with the upgrade to EBITDA guidance, which should translate to increasing dividends ==> increasing share price.
IMO both Genius and BusyBees considered the recent share price trading range a steal, bearing in mind Genius execs are sitting on the board of MFD and obviously are very familiar with the business. I'm still expecting another revised Offer by BB, thus the reason for the silence - the longer the wait, the closer we get to the financial results being released.
