Hmm basic fair value estimates have it around $7-$7.10.
Seems like a cheap offer but not sure who else would really want this company?
Not really sure what the play for Allegro is either but I'm guessing they want to ride a construction boom over the next few years or increase the size of Capral's distribution given they have some existing exposure to NZ building products via The Interiors Group.
