I’ve seen this play out many times...just before the agm. Management get to keep jobs. Potentially profit from future relisting in 3-5 years. We need someone to take a blocking stake. Reckon orbis will have something to say. Goode, former chairman won’t want to see this iconic company smelted for scrap at 7 a share.
