point of order, the only management that gets a say in "throwing their job away" is Bhatia as he is the only KMP on the board, and he didn't earn 7 figures last year.
the board members, however do get a say and they're all under 500k per year they'd likely pick up elsewhere if the lost their seat. you know that as well as I do.
